ePortal Information
Parents may access their children's school records via a secure and confidential internet link, called ePortal.

Please note that ePortal is constantly evolving as new features are added. We try and keep these instructions up to date but you may notice some minor differences.

Data protection + Confidentiality
Mascalls is registered under the data protection act and complies with all its requirements. Apart from authorised members of Mascalls staff, we will only issue passwords to parents or current guardians, who are then free to decide who else should or should not be given access. (Students have access to their data using their own VLE password).
Please be aware that access includes being able to read the details of the contacts. Usually this is not an issue, but if any contact details need to be kept confidential, (for example if a court order bans an ex-partner from knowing your current address) please let us know so that special arrangements can be put in place, before access is granted.
